Refunds & Cancellations - Due to the nature of our product, we do not provide refunds or cancellations for any reason, including delays in shipping, backorders, or/once received. Should there be an error on our part, we will refund or cancel the order.Lost, Stolen, Missing Package & Insufficient

Addresses - If a package is shipped correctly by Ruth’s Daughter and is lost or stolen, the shipper is not responsible. Whatever address you PROVIDE us, is the address we use.

Shipping Responsibility: Once an order is shipped out and has been marked as delivered by the shipping company, Ruth’s Daughter is no longer responsible for the package. The risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to the customer upon our delivery of the package. If the package is marked as delivered but the customer has not received the item, the customer should contact the shipping carrier to locate the package.
